Hi, I’m Natasha. I’ve spent over 20 years supporting parents and families to feel confident, calm, and back in control, helping them feel like themselves again. 


I specialise in guiding parents through pregnancy, early parenthood, and the transition back to work, while also supporting organisations that want to create a happier, healthier environment for working families.


I’ve supported over 1,000 parents through pregnancy, birth recovery, feeding challenges, and the overwhelm that comes with balancing family life. I understand what it feels like to carry the mental load, feel the pressure to “hold everything together,” and want the best for your family while feeling stretched.


My approach is practical, knowledgeable, and supportive — never judgmental. I work with both parents and workplaces to create real, lasting change, helping families thrive and employees feel understood and empowered.
